What is Native Mess?

I do not look at the word “mess” as a negative. To me, it is finding comfortability & empowerment through work, play and a world of chaos. Native Mess was created on a whim when I was first getting into Instagram. There wasn’t a lot of thought behind it at the time other than wanting something a little different than my own name. It popped up in my head, as random ideas tend to do, and it really resonated with me. Over the years I have thought about changing it a hundred times but it has stuck with me. AND it very much suits me. I’ve moved a ton in my life and each place has held a significant spot in my heart. I call them all home. If you ever ask where I’m from you will get a long winded answer that may just leave you more confused. Hah! Hence, Native Mess.
